You’ll source and engage skilled candidates across data center operations, engineering, facilities, and site administration. The position combines proactive sourcing, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and preboarding support. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and accelerate hiring. The role offers a fast-paced, remote environment where organization, responsiveness, and sound judgment are essential. You’ll also help maintain accurate recruiting data and use hiring metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
