Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPm

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPm based in Brazil. This role is responsible for supervising the mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) assembly and installation activities at hydroelectric and small hydroelectric power plants. You’ll coordinate field execution to ensure projects meet schedules, contractual requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards. Working closely with site and construction management, you’ll plan activities and ensure the availability of qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and other resources. You’ll oversee third-party teams, monitor their performance, and ensure all work follows established procedures and safety requirements. The position also involves managing technical documentation, addressing non-conformities, and coordinating solutions with engineering teams. You’ll contribute to customer training, provide ongoing technical support, and share lessons learned to improve future projects. This is a field-oriented opportunity for an experienced mechanical assembly professional comfortable working across project locations and traveling frequently.
