Staff UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff UX Designer based in United States. This is a senior design leadership role focused on shaping intuitive, high-quality digital experiences in the healthcare space. You’ll tackle complex and undefined problems, turning emerging opportunities into scalable, user-centered product experiences. The role combines strategic thinking, interaction and visual design expertise, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration with technical and data science teams. You’ll help introduce modern, consumer-level design standards to enterprise healthcare products while influencing the broader design organization. As a key member of the design leadership team, you’ll mentor designers, strengthen design systems, and champion design excellence across the organization. This is a remote-first opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys fast-paced, outcome-driven environments and meaningful product challenges.
