Staff User Experience (UX) Designer

This is a senior UX leadership opportunity focused on shaping exceptional experiences across enterprise cybersecurity software platforms. You’ll lead high-profile product initiatives while helping define UX strategy, standards, and long-term design direction. The role combines hands-on design work with mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and influence across product teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, domain specialists, and content professionals to turn complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. You’ll also help advance scalable design practices, reduce design debt, and strengthen consistency across the product portfolio.
