Sr. Product Manager - New Units

This remote, full-time leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic integration and successful reintroduction of a major gas turbine product platform. You’ll lead cross-functional new-unit production programs spanning engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, commercial planning, quality, and installation. The position combines product strategy, program management, technical decision-making, and business leadership in a complex global environment. You’ll own key planning, approval, cost, quality, and product configuration activities while ensuring alignment across multiple functions. Working closely with sales, services, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and business development teams, you’ll turn strategic priorities into executable plans. You’ll also identify systemic product issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned translate into future product improvements. The role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and an opportunity to influence product performance, customer outcomes, and long-term business growth.
