Sr. Mechanical Commissioning Manager, Data Centers

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Mechanical Commissioning Manager, Data Centers based in Canada. This role leads mechanical commissioning activities for critical data center projects across Canada. You will oversee the full commissioning lifecycle, from design review through integrated systems testing and final handover. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with project leadership across greenfield builds, expansions, and facility upgrades. You will work with contractors, vendors, engineers, controls specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable facility performance. The role covers a broad range of critical mechanical systems, including cooling, air handling, and high-density liquid cooling technologies. You will also contribute to project planning, technical documentation, quality assurance, and client reporting. With a primarily Canadian scope and travel to project sites, the position offers opportunities to grow within a developing data center commissioning practice.
