Grow with a Nationally Expanding Firm. Insurance Claim HQ is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our growing Plaintiff Property Litigation practice. This role is ideal for a motivated litigator who wants hands-on responsibility and meaningful client interaction. Our practice represents insureds in disputes involving storm damage, fire losses, water losses, and other significant property insurance claims. What We Value - Client Commitment - Integrity - A Will to Win - Teamwork - Personal Accountability - Passion What You’ll Do - Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution. - Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and settlement opportunities. - Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs. - Take and defend depositions. - Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. - Work closely with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of your cases. - Litigate matters in Illinois state and federal courts. What We’re Looking For - Active Arizona law license in good standing. - At least one year of civil litigation experience. - Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions. - Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and client-service abilities. - Self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff litigation environment. - Experience in property insurance litigation is preferred What We Offer - Competitive salary: $85,000–$160,000, based on experience. - Remote work opportunity (Arizona based). - 401(k) - Employer-sponsored health, dental, vision, and life insurance. - No requirement to generate business. - A highly technology-forward environment where innovation is encouraged and supported. - Long-term opportunities for leadership and practice growth within a nationally expanding plaintiff law firm.
