ServiceNow Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery across ServiceNow projects and workstreams. You will engage directly with clients and users to understand requirements, processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. Working closely with development teams, you will translate complex requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions and functional designs. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from current-state analysis and future-state design through testing, training, and implementation. The role also provides opportunities to assess existing implementations and recommend improvements that drive greater efficiency and innovation.
