Senior Technical Writer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Writer based in United States. This role owns the customer documentation experience for a sophisticated cybersecurity and AI platform. You will turn complex technical systems, integrations, APIs, and AI-driven workflows into documentation that security practitioners can confidently use. Working closely with product, engineering, customer success, and sales engineering, you will embed yourself in the product development process rather than simply documenting completed features. You will shape the documentation platform, information architecture, authoring standards, and publishing workflows from end to end. Your work will help customers independently configure, administer, investigate, and govern the platform while reducing friction for support teams. This is a high-ownership opportunity within a remote, fast-moving environment where clarity, precision, and execution are highly valued.
