Senior Strategy Consultant-HC

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant-HC based in United States. This is a senior consulting role at the intersection of nonprofit strategy, technology transformation, and applied artificial intelligence. You will lead complex client engagements, helping mission-driven organizations identify where AI can create meaningful and sustainable operational impact. The role combines strategic analysis, AI solution research, process design, change leadership, and hands-on client advisory work. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations that can guide technical teams and organizational decision-making. Strong communication will be essential as you bridge the gap between non-technical clients, engineering teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of AI services and continuously monitor emerging technologies to keep client recommendations current. This is a fully remote U.S. position with a salary range of $125,000–$145,000 annually and limited company-funded travel as needed.
