This role helps maintaining an efficient, clean, and well-organized bar environment while supporting fast and high-quality guest service. - Replenish bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes - Assist bartenders by fetching, organizing, and restocking ingredients and tools - Keep all bar areas during shifts - Clear empty glasses, bottles, and barware from bar tops and guest areas promptly - Clean spills and maintain a safe, dry, and presentable bar environment - Change kegs, tap beer, and ensure draft systems are properly functioning - Restock bottled beverages and monitor inventory levels during service - Assist bartenders with preparation of drink orders during peak periods - Maintain back-of-house bar storage areas in a clean and organized condition - Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures - Support setup and breakdown of bar stations before and after service - Prior experience as a barback, busser, or in food and beverage support preferred - Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure - Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Basic understanding of bar operations and beverage service preferred - Strong communication skills; ability to communicate in English required - Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive attitude - Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail - Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times About Auberge Collection Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
