ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the demand-side team at an early-stage talent marketplace serving startups. You will own the journey from finding potential hiring clients to helping them succeed, building a repeatable growth motion while working across strategy and hands-on execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead company acquisition from prospecting through onboarding and client activation.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and talent leaders at high-growth startups.
- Understand each client's hiring needs and translate them into effective talent searches.
- Develop demand through outbound, referrals, partnerships, events, content, and other go-to-market channels.
- Personally execute outreach, including cold calls, tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns, and event participation.
- Test new messaging, channels, customer segments, and commercial approaches, then turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.
- Work with talent and product teams to improve matching quality, client experience, and marketplace liquidity.
- Track the demand funnel, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion throughout the client journey.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, operations, or growth role.
- Professional project-management or project-lead experience appropriate to the role.
- Experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment, such as a venture-backed startup, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort moving between strategy and execution, including designing a go-to-market approach and personally carrying out early outreach.
