The primary responsibility is to plan the assigned projects, allocate resources, conduct cost simulations, and generate the IT requirements based on the collected data, business requirements, and processes. The PM&BA shall create test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure all requirements are correctly developed and applied. Responsibilities: - Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals - Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports - Managing resources for projects, such as human resources and other project related resources - Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities - Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget - Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence - Conducting risk assessments for projects - Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements - Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions - Lead the requirements analysis session with the business stakeholders - Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states - Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives - Work with the development team and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals - Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions - Develop and document the test cases and test scenarios to test out whether the requirements are correctly developed and applied to the new/existing applications - Execute the test scenarios and validate new systems and processes to meet business requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts - Write technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flow charts, User/Operation Manuals, and other project-related documents - Generate proposal documents and risk assessments for upcoming projects  - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field - A minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role - Be able to manage multiple projects - Good understanding of IT terminology, Agile, and SDLC, especially system integration such as REST, RFC, and other integration protocols - Must be a self-starter and problem solver - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Excellent documentation skills using MS Office Suite - PMI/PMP Certification is a plus - Korean and English bilingual is a plus  All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
