Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management based in United States. This is a senior cybersecurity leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing enterprise identity security across systems, applications, cloud environments, and privileged technology resources. You will define the IAM strategy, architecture, standards, and maturity roadmap while driving greater automation and consistency across the organization. The role spans authentication, privileged access, access governance, directory services, and identity lifecycle management, with a strong focus on reducing security risk. You will work across Cybersecurity, IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, HR, application, and business teams to establish sustainable and scalable identity practices. A key part of the position is modernizing fragmented and manual processes through policy-driven controls, automation, and measurable security improvements. You will also provide technical leadership, develop IAM talent, and strengthen knowledge transfer and succession planning for critical security capabilities.
