Senior HR Generalist, Talent & Employee Experience

Our partner is looking for a Senior HR Generalist, Talent & Employee Experience based in United States. This full-time remote role supports a broad range of people programs across the employee lifecycle. You will help shape effective talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations practices. The position partners closely with managers and employees to provide practical guidance and promote consistent, equitable, and people-centered processes. You will lead assigned HR programs from planning through implementation while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and employee experiences. The role also oversees a fellowship program designed to provide meaningful development and growth opportunities.
