Senior Event Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager based in United States. As a Senior Event Operations Manager, you will lead the operational execution of complex live events ranging from 500 to 5,000 attendees and budgets of up to $2M. You will serve as the operational hub, coordinating venue logistics, vendors, contractors, safety, sustainability, food and beverage, housing, signage, and financial activities. The role requires strong organization and communication to keep multiple teams aligned throughout the event lifecycle. You will work closely with show management, internal stakeholders, venues, and external partners to deliver seamless attendee experiences. Digital tools such as Cvent and Smartsheet will support registration, housing, project tracking, and operational coordination. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity remote position with a preference for candidates working in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
