Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst based in United States. This is a senior accounts receivable role responsible for supporting accurate billing, efficient collections, cash application, and overall AR operations. You’ll manage complex billing activity across new business, expansions, renewals, contract changes, multi-year agreements, and usage-based charges. The role combines detailed financial operations with customer-facing collections, data analysis, reconciliation, and process improvement. You’ll use NetSuite and SuiteBilling extensively while identifying opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools. You’ll also contribute to month-end and year-end close, audit readiness, internal controls, and accurate financial reporting. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential as you work with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Operations to resolve billing issues and improve customer outcomes.
