You will analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into clear Salesforce configurations and functional specifications. The role offers broad exposure to cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technology professionals. You will play a key part in documentation, testing, training, adoption, and ongoing platform optimization.
