Regional Franchise Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Franchise Manager based in the United States. This role supports a network of 18–25 franchise branches across the southern and southeastern United States. You will coach franchise owners and help them implement practical strategies for profitable, sustainable growth. The position combines business operations, financial analysis, sales and marketing, staffing, and relationship management. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and developing proactive solutions across each franchise. The role is highly relationship-driven, requiring frequent communication with franchise entrepreneurs and local teams. You will work within a collaborative environment focused on customer service, shared goals, integrity, innovation, and perseverance. This is a fully remote position with significant travel of up to 70% to support franchise locations and regional activities.
