Our partner is looking for a Regional Business Manager - Specialty Care & Internal Medicine / Chef – Affaires régionales – Soins spécialisé et médecine interne (SSMI) based in Canada. This field-based leadership role is responsible for driving commercial performance and patient impact across the Ontario Central/East region. You will lead the deployment of people, resources, and investments while developing regional strategies that support sustainable sales and profitability. As a member of the sales leadership team, you will coach and develop a high-performing team while promoting strong commercial and customer engagement practices. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, head office, and other cross-functional partners to translate national strategies into effective regional execution. You will also build relationships with strategic customers and influential healthcare stakeholders while identifying local insights and opportunities. With up to 60% travel across the territory, this is a highly visible role suited to an experienced commercial leader who thrives in dynamic healthcare environments.
