R&D Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an R&D Manager based in the United States. This role leads a globally distributed software R&D team building digital products and services for complex enterprise environments. You will combine people leadership, technical judgment, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration. The team develops SaaS applications, data pipelines, integrations, analytics, monitoring capabilities, and customer-facing solutions. You will translate strategic priorities into clear plans while maintaining strong execution, quality, and operational discipline. The role offers exposure to cloud-native technologies, enterprise integrations, data-centric architectures, and modern software practices. You will work closely with product, engineering, architecture, quality, SRE, support, IT, and other stakeholders.
