R&D Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a R&D Manager based in Canada. This role leads a globally distributed software R&D team developing SaaS applications, data pipelines, integrations, analytics, and digital services. You will combine people leadership, technical judgment, and operational management to turn strategic priorities into executable plans. The position supports software capabilities connecting laboratory instruments, service workflows, customer environments, and enterprise systems. You will work closely with product, architecture, quality, SRE, support, IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive delivery. The role spans both new product development and sustaining engineering for deployed enterprise software. Success requires strong execution discipline, effective communication, and a focus on engineering excellence, collaboration, and customer impact.
