Quality Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quality Lead based in the United States. The Quality Lead will drive quality management, compliance, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement across a mission-focused technical environment. This role owns the Quality Management Plan and ensures that processes, procedures, and applicable requirements are consistently implemented. You will lead a small quality team while partnering closely with project managers, government technical staff, customers, and other stakeholders. The position combines hands-on quality assurance with data-driven assessments, risk identification, issue resolution, and process optimization. You will also contribute to safety initiatives and help strengthen communication and performance across technical and operational teams. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support complex IT and 5G-related programs without requiring deep technical specialization. Success in this position requires strong leadership, communication, quality expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
