Expression of Interest

Aptura is an applied AI research company. We work with frontier AI labs to improve how their models handle complex, real-world professional work in finance, legal, healthcare, policy and beyond. We do it by working with experienced practitioners who create versions of real work: the models, documents, presentations and analyses that show AI what good actually looks like. The shape of the work - Paid project work that is designed to run alongside full-time employment. - Remote and asynchronous: you pick up discrete tasks and are paid per completed task - Scope, fee, deadlines and payment terms are confirmed individually in writing before you start - Your work is reviewed by senior professionals from your own field What you might build Depending on your background: financial models and investment presentations; legal drafting or document review; clinical and scientific analysis; policy briefs; or expert review of other contributors' work. Who we're looking for People who have personally owned real work - you can describe what you built, who it was for, and what made it hard. We care about judgment over retrieval, and we value people who work well asynchronously and take feedback seriously.
