Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.  - Schedule & Pay  - Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly - Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - Every other holiday required  - $23.00/hour  - Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures. - Performs general maintenance tasks. - Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors. - Ensures community safety and regulatory compliance - Works with maintenance vendors to schedule and maintain service schedules. - Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.  - Assists with transport/ resident appointments as needed - Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting. - Must obtain Direct Care Staff Training Certification (company will provide directives) within 30 days of hire.  Full Time Position Pay is based on experience: $19 - 22 per hour.  We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
