Property Portfolio Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Portfolio Manager based in South Africa. This is a hands-on remote role overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio spanning residential, holiday accommodation, and commercial spaces. You will serve as the operational anchor for approximately 10 properties while supporting ongoing acquisitions and portfolio growth. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will coordinate tenants, contractors, advisers, and professional stakeholders across the UK property ecosystem. The role combines property management, compliance, maintenance coordination, acquisition support, and executive-level operational coordination. You will take ownership of workflows and ensure important property, financial, legal, and administrative actions are completed accurately and on time. A strong focus on systems, technology, automation, and AI tools will help improve efficiency and create more scalable portfolio management processes.
