Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in the United States. This is a client-facing eDiscovery Project Manager role responsible for guiding complex projects from initiation through final delivery and closeout. You will manage multiple concurrent engagements while balancing scope, timelines, quality, compliance, and cost. As a primary client contact, you will build trusted relationships with legal teams, corporate executives, technical specialists, and other stakeholders. The role combines strong project management discipline with practical knowledge of eDiscovery processes, data, analytics, processing, and hosting. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are properly scoped and delivered. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented, with opportunities to influence client outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity requiring confident communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
