Product Specialist (EU)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist (EU) based in Spain. This role combines product expertise, customer success, solution configuration, and consulting within an innovative life sciences environment. You will help customers configure and adopt AI-enabled clinical research software according to their workflows, requirements, and operational needs. The position spans the full customer journey, from solution design and training through implementation, go-live support, and ongoing optimization. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, product feature deployment, and customer reporting. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will translate business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.
