Principal Product Manager - Simple Trading

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Simple Trading based in Switzerland. This is a senior product leadership role focused on optimizing and growing simple, accessible trading experiences for retail customers across Europe. You will act as a product expert for European markets, identifying local customer needs, behavioral differences, and opportunities for growth. The role spans the full customer journey, from onboarding and funding through first purchase, repeat investment, portfolio management, and retention. You will simplify complex financial and crypto concepts into intuitive experiences designed for mainstream and first-time users. Working closely with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local teams, you will turn insights into measurable product improvements. You will also shape market-specific strategies around payments, recurring investment, savings, engagement, and lifecycle growth. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence product direction across multiple European markets without direct people-management responsibilities.
