Prevention Services Team Lead

The Prevention Services Team Lead coordinates school-based, older adult, and other community prevention programs designed to promote mental health and reduce the impact of alcohol and other substance use. This role combines direct prevention education with program coordination, quality oversight, documentation, and community engagement. You will help ensure prevention services consistently meet established standards while supporting effective scheduling, reporting, data collection, and program outcomes. The position also contributes to developing new prevention initiatives, strengthening community partnerships, and identifying appropriate referral resources for individuals who may need additional support. You will collaborate with families, educators, colleagues, and community stakeholders while maintaining accurate and confidential records. This is a hands-on, community-facing role requiring sound judgment, strong organization, and a commitment to prevention-focused services. The position is full-time and based in Toledo, Ohio, with regular community travel and occasional evening or weekend activities.
