Portfolio Reporting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Portfolio Reporting Manager based in United States. This remote leadership role offers ownership of the systems, processes, and team responsible for accurate and timely client portfolio reporting. You will oversee day-to-day reporting operations while managing key platforms such as Addepar and Orion across account setup, reconciliations, integrations, and performance reporting. The role combines hands-on operational expertise with team leadership and continuous process improvement. You will play a central role in advisor onboarding, client conversions, historical data migration, and reporting configuration. Working closely with Advisors, Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders, you will resolve complex issues and strengthen reporting workflows.
