Personal Lines Account Manager

This fully remote role serves as a primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and long-term retention. You will manage a diverse range of policy servicing activities while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality client support. The position combines relationship management, insurance expertise, account coordination, and opportunities to grow an existing book of business. You will advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, exclusions, and evolving insurance needs. Working closely with internal teams and insurance carriers, you will coordinate renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
