Patient Services Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Patient Services Specialist based in Canada. The Patient Services Specialist supports patients, healthcare providers, and payers by coordinating administrative and reimbursement activities for Patient Support Programs. You will help patients navigate reimbursement requirements and facilitate access to prescribed therapies. The role involves working directly with patients, physician offices, private insurers, and provincial drug plans. You will ensure documentation is complete and accurate while helping move reimbursement decisions forward efficiently. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to delivering a positive patient experience. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Western Canada, within a collaborative healthcare environment. The position is full-time, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.
