Patient Financial Services Counselor

This remote role supports patients in understanding and managing the financial responsibilities associated with their healthcare services. You’ll provide personalized guidance on payment options, Medicaid eligibility, financial assistance programs, and self-pay obligations. The position combines financial counseling, account analysis, customer service, and problem-solving in a patient-centered environment. You’ll help patients and guarantors understand their options while developing practical action plans to resolve outstanding responsibilities. The role may also support patient inquiries through a financial services call center. Success requires strong communication, attention to detail, healthcare financial knowledge, and a consistent commitment to exceeding patient expectations. This is a full-time remote opportunity working primarily during daytime-to-evening hours.
