Organization Development Senior Consultant

This role provides organizational development expertise to health and human services clients navigating transformation, organizational change, and evolving business needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations align their people, structures, capabilities, and culture with strategic objectives. The position combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation across change management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organization design. You will facilitate groups, analyze organizational effectiveness, and develop practical solutions that support sustainable transformation. The role also involves designing learning initiatives, career frameworks, talent strategies, and culture-focused action plans. You will work comfortably across both strategic and tactical priorities while guiding clients and internal teams through ambiguity and complex change. This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel, including potential support for clients in Guam and future engagements requiring up to 50% travel.
