Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $120,000/year **Must have 2-3 years prior dealership service experience** - Coordinate service appointments and welcome customers professionally. - Develop accurate repair estimates and establish realistic completion timelines. - Communicate repair progress, cost changes, and service recommendations. - Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services. - Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals. - Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
