Mid-level Software Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative engineering team building products used by learners and tutors around the world. You’ll own full-stack features from early concepts and experiments through deployment and iteration. The role combines hands-on software development with product thinking, user research, and close collaboration with designers and stakeholders. You’ll help solve challenges at the intersection of technology, user experience, safety, and scalable peer-to-peer learning. Engineers are encouraged to take meaningful ownership, make thoughtful technical decisions, and stay close to the people using what they build.
