The Manager of Care Management Data Analytics leads advanced analytics and data science initiatives that support operational excellence and improved member outcomes. This role transforms complex Care Management data into predictive and prescriptive insights that help leaders anticipate risks, optimize workflows, and make informed decisions. You will oversee predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical programming, automated data pipelines, and advanced reporting capabilities. The position also provides leadership and development for a team of data analysts while establishing rigorous standards for analytical quality and data integrity. Working closely with clinical, operational, IT, and business intelligence stakeholders, you will translate sophisticated findings into practical recommendations for executive audiences. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on analytical expertise, data governance, and cross-functional partnership in a healthcare environment. This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in North Carolina, with occasional travel to the Morrisville home office for team meetings.
