Mechanical Design Engineer - Industrial Systems

Our partner is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer - Industrial Systems based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to design and improve mechanical systems used in demanding industrial and steel manufacturing environments. You will contribute to flow control and slide gate solutions that support operational performance, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Working across engineering, sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, field service, and R&D, you will help bring projects from concept through implementation. The position combines hands-on mechanical design with customer-focused problem solving, troubleshooting, and technical support. You will create detailed drawings, specifications, installation concepts, and engineering documentation for complex applications. The role also provides exposure to product development, new technologies, continuous improvement, and diverse industrial projects.
