Security Manager

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  Stand Together's Security team seeks an experienced Security Manager to support the safety and security of its Washington, DC-based facility, events, personnel, and operations. This role implements comprehensive security measures, conducts risk assessments, coordinates executive protection, and ensures the effective execution of facility and event security programs. The ideal candidate brings strong protective services experience, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively identify risks and implement practical security solutions. As a key representative of the Security team, this individual will build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government officials. Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and a service-oriented approach to security. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Freedom Embassy in Washington, DC. Approximately 15% travel is expected in support of organizational initiatives and events.
