Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement based in the United States. This remote role supports market access and reimbursement initiatives across a multi-state North Central territory. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on U.S. healthcare reimbursement, helping teams navigate coding, coverage, payment, and contracting considerations. The position plays a direct role in improving patient access to innovative medical technologies and products. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory, and Strategic Development teams. The role combines field engagement, education, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also help translate complex reimbursement concepts into practical guidance, tools, and value-based messages for internal and external stakeholders. Travel of up to 40% is expected across the assigned territory and throughout the United States.
