Manager Tax

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager Tax based in United States. This is a remote leadership opportunity within a global tax organization supporting complex international operations. The role oversees international tax accounting activities, including worldwide tax provisions and emerging global tax requirements. You will serve as a trusted partner to Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors. The position combines technical tax expertise with people leadership, regulatory analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in Pillar Two and GloBE tax calculations, statutory provisions, and tax compliance controls. The role also provides an opportunity to influence tax planning, accounting practices, internal controls, and responses to evolving regulations. You will report to the Director of International Tax while managing an international team based in Krakow.
