Manager Elevate HR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager Elevate HR based in the United States. This fully remote leadership role oversees a team of Client HR Partners supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. You will combine people leadership, HR expertise, operational oversight, and strategic client consultation. The role is central to delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will guide complex employee relations matters, manage escalations, and help teams navigate sensitive HR and compliance situations. Success requires strong knowledge of multi-state employment practices, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to client service. You will also use service metrics and workforce trends to improve processes, develop talent, and strengthen client outcomes.
