Legal Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Operations Manager based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the legal infrastructure of a growing medical technology company entering its next stage of development. As the first dedicated legal operations hire, you will take ownership of contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, and day-to-day legal operations. You will serve as a key coordination point with outside counsel while creating practical systems, processes, and records that support business growth. The position combines hands-on contract management with corporate administration, compliance coordination, and legal spend oversight. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Clinical Affairs, and other teams on important business and financing activities. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional in-person activities for employees located near the Santa Clara headquarters.
