Lead Product Manager, Feed ERP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Feed ERP based in United States. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for a suite of ERP products serving feed mills and grain businesses. You’ll shape solutions around real-world workflows spanning commodity merchandising, procurement, plant production, and delivery. Beyond managing a backlog, you’ll be accountable for product-level growth, retention, win rates, pricing, and packaging decisions. You’ll work directly with customers and industry stakeholders to uncover meaningful problems and validate solutions before investing in development. The role also combines hands-on AI experimentation, cross-functional leadership, launch strategy, and product team mentorship.
