Lead Business Analyst (Agile)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Agile) based in United States. This senior role leads business analysis across multiple Agile teams supporting the modernization of a mission-critical federal case management platform. You will guide Business Analysts, shape enterprise-level product backlogs, and ensure requirements remain aligned with customer objectives and delivery commitments. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on work in requirements engineering, process analysis, journey mapping, and business process re-engineering. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, testers, developers, stakeholders, and customer representatives. The role offers the opportunity to influence modernization initiatives spanning complex legacy systems and new cloud-based solutions. Success requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to bring structure to complex business and technical requirements. This is a fully remote position within a collaborative Agile environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
