IT Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Project Coordinator based in the United States. This role supports the IT Project Management Office and contributes to enterprise digital transformation initiatives across complex technology environments. You will help Project Managers coordinate delivery while ensuring strong project quality, SDLC governance, testing, and documentation. The position brings together business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, analysts, vendors, and technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating end-to-end testing, including system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. The role combines project coordination, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and technical testing expertise. You will work across both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies in a fast-paced environment where organization and attention to detail are essential.
