About the role

For THE BUTCHER Nine Streets we are looking for an ambitious assistant manager. We are seeking an Assistant Manager, who will be dedicated and wants to be a part of a team that will shake things up. The assistant manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurants, which are located at The Nine Streets! Profile As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food quality, hygiene standards, and service run smoothly. You will lead by example, motivate the kitchen team, and help maintain an efficient and organised working environment. You will play an important role in ensuring that every dish meets The Butcher's quality standards, even during the busiest service hours.
