Test Leader (French Speaker)

The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services We are looking for a Test Leader to drive testing activities across strategic projects, ensuring software quality, delivery excellence and effective stakeholder communication. You will play a key role in defining test strategies, coordinating testing activities, leading test execution and supporting project governance in an Agile environment. This position combines hands-on testing expertise with team coordination and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Define and contribute to test strategies, test plans and testing schedules. - Coordinate and support software testers throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure the execution and monitoring of test activities and deliverables. - Manage test campaigns, defects and related reporting. - Identify, assess and communicate project risks impacting quality or delivery. - Provide visibility on testing progress through regular stakeholder reporting. - Support Go/No-Go decisions with clear and accurate testing information. - Facilitate defect review and test progress meetings. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and testing best practices. - Ensure compliance with established testing processes, methodologies and standards.What you'll bring: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing activities. - Experience defining test strategies, test plans and test schedules. - Experience coordinating testing teams or testing activities. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB principles. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Experience with Octane, Jira and Confluence. - Knowledge of API testing. - Knowledge of SQL. - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to identify, manage and follow up on testing risks and issues. - Professional proficiency in French.Nice to have: - Experience in insurance or banking projects. - ISTQB certification. - Experience working in international environments. - Strong conflict management and prioritization skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality delivery. - Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote). - Location: Lisbon
