HR Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Manager based in France. This role is responsible for building a strong, well-supported team within a fast-moving and collaborative remote environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboarding. Working closely with leadership and managers, you will ensure people processes are structured, fair, and aligned with business needs. You will combine hands-on HR expertise with a strong understanding of technology and games industry talent. The role also provides an important channel for employees to raise concerns, resolve challenges, and strengthen workplace culture. Your work will directly contribute to engagement, retention, psychological safety, and sustainable team growth.
